The Lyre heart pendant has six Swarovski Crystals in graduated sizes in a stylized shape representing both the heart and the lyre. The Lyre Heart Swarovski Crystal pendant is made of pewter and silver-plated, and coated with a unique protective coating to extend the life of its plating. Approximate size 1 1/4 by 3/4 inches.
